How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping Information

We do our best to get your order out quickly! Most orders ship the same day they are placed. If we’re away at a vendor event or it’s the weekend, your order will ship the next business day.

We ship primarily through UPS and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy? 

Return & Replacement Policy

At Simply Clean Tallow, we want you to love your purchase.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.

• Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Once the item is received, we will issue a full reimbursement for the product price.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
